Corporate Training

Training led by practitioners and built on your team’s own work

Five programs for teams that need skills they can apply the following week, each measured once it ends.

How our programs differ

Every program makes the same three commitments

Who teaches

Each program is led by someone who has done the job, not a professional trainer.

What you work on

Participants use your real data, customer cases and leadership situations.

How we prove it

Each program ends with a report on what the team can now do that it could not before.

Our focus

Five programs, each led by a practitioner

Choose a program to see what it covers and what participants leave able to do.

AI training that changes how your teams do their everyday work

Participants learn to use AI tools on their own workflows, check what the tools produce and work within clear rules, so adoption reaches the whole organization.

  • Identify which tasks in their role AI can speed up, and which it should not touch
  • Write prompts and build simple workflows that produce reliable, checkable output
  • Review AI output for errors before it reaches a customer or a decision

How a program is built

Every program moves from your situation to a measured result

The measures are agreed before the program starts, so the final report answers the question you asked at the beginning.

  1. 01

    Scoping

We agree what the team should be able to do afterwards, and how we will know.

  2. 02

    Your material

We gather the real data, cases and documents the program will be built on.

  3. 03

    Delivery

A practitioner runs the program, with practice on live work between sessions.

  4. 04

    Measurement

We report the before-and-after against the measures agreed at scoping.

Formats

Programs are delivered in the way your team works

  • Workshops

Focused sessions on a single skill, held at your offices or online.

  • Cohort programs

A group works through the program over several weeks and applies each module to live work.

  • In-house sessions

A program designed for one team and built entirely around its own material.

  • Leadership intensives

Concentrated sessions for executive and senior leadership teams.

Training often reveals a larger capability gap, and when it does we can diagnose it

About Capability Engagements

Design a program for your team

Tell us who the program is for and what they need to be able to do, and we will propose a design and introduce the practitioner who would lead it.
